Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using MiniRecipe, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, the EULA controls where required.
2. The service
MiniRecipe provides tools to manually organize recipes, meal plans, shopping information, cooking records, photos, and exports. The app does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, food-safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, storage, preparation, and cooking temperatures.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add. You grant us a limited right to process it only as needed to provide features you request, including backup and restore. You must have the right to use uploaded text and images and must not use MiniRecipe for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Accounts
Some features require Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for protecting your device and account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or backup has been accessed without permission.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Automatic backup is offered through monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices shown in the App Store may vary by storefront, currency, tax, and Apple's price tiers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- The lifetime purchase applies to the Apple ID used for the purchase and can be restored where Apple makes it available.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
6. Availability and backups
We work to keep backup available but do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent retention. Keep important originals and exports where appropriate. Features may change for security, legal, compatibility, or operational reasons.
7. Acceptable use
You may not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, scrape private services, reverse engineer where prohibited, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the service in violation of law.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiniRecipe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict service when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or secure the service. You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion through support.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
